Will anyone know what is in the box?
No. Every order ships in a plain box. Nothing on the package describes the product or reveals what is inside.
Does it look like ordinary furniture?
With the removable top panel in place, the seat opening is covered and the piece looks like an ordinary wooden chair or low stool. Take the panel off when you want to use it.
Is a queening chair the same as a facesitting chair?
Yes. They are two names for the same piece of furniture.
How much weight does it hold?
Our queening chairs and stools are rated to 400 lbs (180 kg).
Is it hard to assemble?
No. A chair goes together with 12 screws, six on each side. A stool takes 8 screws, four on each side. No special tools are needed.
What is it made of?
Layered hardwood plywood, cut and finished by hand in our California workshop.
How fast do you ship?
Everything is made to order. Orders are processed within 3 business days, and you get a tracking email when yours ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are charged by your country and paid by the buyer.
Can I return it?
All sales are final, because these are personal items. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.
